No Monetary Refunds:
We do not offer monetary refunds for consultations. However, if you experience technical issues during the consultation (e.g., disruptions in video/audio), you will be eligible for credit in our App.
Credit for Future Consultations:
In the event of technical issues or a disrupted consultation, the amount paid for the session will be credited to your app account and can be applied to a future consultation. The credit will be valid for 6 months.

To request credit for a future consultation, please contact our support team at support@healthadvs.com. Provide details of the issue experienced during the session, and we will review your request and notify you of the outcome.
